“We initially started working together just on the marketing side. Over time, after seeing some progress and building trust, the logical next step was to scale things up. We were considering building our own in-house team, but the hesitation was the training, managing, and the whole process taking up a lot of time and energy.

Since we had already been working with Chandra and the quality of work was consistent with our expectations, it made more sense to continue with what was already working. Instead of building a team on our side, we trusted them to expand the team from their end. They handled pretty much everything: hiring, filtering, onboarding. We didn’t have to go through the usual hiring cycle or deal with the ramp-up phase.

Now we have a team of around six or seven people from India, and it feels like a natural extension of our operations. For us, it removed a lot of friction, and it’s something we’ll continue doing going forward.”
